Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat ₦5,000 anywhere in Nigeria, and complimentary on orders over ₦100,000.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in our Lagos studio and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Lagos deliveries usually arrive in 1–3 working days; the rest of Nigeria in 3–7.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. International delivery is on its way — join the inner circle to hear first.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces with their tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Write to us with your order number to begin.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?
Each product page notes its fit. Our tees run boxy, our tailoring true to size and our outerwear relaxed — between sizes, choose the larger for ease or the smaller for a closer line.
Where is the size guide?
Open “Size guide” beside the size selector on any product page for body measurements in centimetres.
Garment care
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label on each garment. As a rule: wash cold and inside out, dry flat, and keep wool and cashmere folded rather than hung.
Will the signature embroidery last?
Yes — the dr. mark is stitched tonal and dense. Wash inside out to keep it crisp.
